CompTIA Network+ Certification

This course covers topics in Media and Topologies, Protocols and Standards, Network Implementation, and Network Support. Learners will create their own CAT5e network cable, install and simulate a small office network setting, and administer it as part of their hands-on experience.

This course prepares you for the CompTIA Network+ exam. Successful completion of this exam demonstrates to employers that you possess the knowledge to use and maintain a wide range of network technologies.

CompTIA Network+ Certification is a vendor-neutral certificate sponsored by CompTIA (Computing Technology Industry Association).

Fees do not include the CompTIA Network+ certification exam, available at Bow Valley College Testing Centre.

Recommended prerequisites: Experience in network support or administration, completion of TECH9101 A+ Certification, or CompTIA A+ Certificate.
