Business Plan Development

Developing a business plan is an essential component and a recognized management tool that outlines what your company will do and how it will succeed. This course will take you through the steps in preparing an effective business plan including strategy, market segmentation and trends, competitors, sales and marketing plan, human resources plan, operation plan, and financial planning and cash flow projections. As well, learners will have the opportunity to present their business plan to improve oral presentation skills.
