With the world becoming more mobile and complex, diversity has taken on a new importance in the workplace. This course will encourage diversity in the workplace and within your community as you learn strategies for removing barriers and stereotypes. You will explore skills such as active listening to receive messages in a diverse and dynamic environment, effective questioning and mitigating techniques, constructive communication, and a better understanding of harassment and violent scenarios.
This course is available through online delivery.
Online option is available via weekly intake. The registration deadline for the online option is the Wednesday a week prior to the Monday start date. You will have one month to complete the course.
