Business development creates and executes business strategy by using key business development concepts. This course examines how to discover and evaluate market opportunities, create and expand new business, and develop business cases. Learners focus on understanding growth strategies and competitive advantages, creating greater customer value and service excellence, and expanding your marketing opportunities to turn prospects into profits.
