Increase business performance by developing and executing an appropriate business development strategy and forecasting model for your organization. This course presents the latest concepts and techniques for crafting and executing business strategy, evaluating a company’s external environment, the types of competitive strategies, and a company’s competitive positioning. Learners will also examine the methods, evaluation and reporting in business forecasting. This knowledge is used to further master the fundamentals of strategy through case analysis and hands-on exercises.
