Project Management Introduction

This course introduces the basic elements of project management. You will learn the characteristics of projects, the principles of project management, and the five stages involved in effectively managing projects. By the end of this course, you will understand the process involved in planning, managing, and closing projects. You will be able to prepare a needs analysis document, a project proposal report, a project management plan and charts including PERT and GANTT charts.
