Project Management Planning and Scheduling

For a project to be successful, it has to be properly planned for scope, activities, resources, budget, risk, communications, procurement and stakeholders. Gain an understanding of the objectives of planning and scheduling, required knowledge and skills for professional planners and schedulers, and project selection and comparison criteria. Learn how to develop an effective project management plan, create a Work Breakdown Structure, construct an activity network diagram, and how to implement various schedule compression and resource leveling techniques as well as linear scheduling.
