Project Management Control and Risk Management

Monitoring and controlling projects are facilitated though tracking, reviewing, and regulating performance and progress of the project. This course discusses how to control changes and develop mitigation plans in anticipation of problems. It will also discuss how to monitor project activities in relation to the project management plan.
