Quality Service and Product

Customer service and good quality go hand-in-hand. Students gain the knowledge required to create and maintain valuable customer relationships while building various communication methods to handle difficult customers and situations. Students also explore the basics in quality assurance covering topics in quality principles, supplier development, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
