Making consistent and effective resource allocations require skill and insight. Learners will explore and apply the principles of Demand Management, Sales and Operations Planning, Master Planning, and Distribution Resource Planning for mid to long-term independent demand. Understanding the demand conditions for goods and services for effective supply to the consumers, assimilating plans that are required to do business, disaggregating the Production Plan into a feasible schedule, and planning for the replenishment in the distribution network will also be examined.
This course is available through in-class and online delivery options.
The online option will be available starting June 12, 2017.
Online option is available via weekly intake. The registration deadline for the online option is any Wednesday. The course will start the Monday following the completion of your registration. To start on a different date please call 403-410-1400.You will have four months to complete the course.
