Execution and Control of Operations

Planning and being able to sequence work is essential to effective supply chain management. Topics covered will include how to develop, prioritize and organize work plans, creating and implementing controls and providing feedback on work performances. This course will also review techniques to ensure quality initiatives are successful and examine ways to execute continuous improvement plans and manage inventory levels.

This course is available through in-class and online delivery options.

The online option will be available starting September 11, 2017.

Online option is available via weekly intake. The registration deadline for the online option is any Wednesday. The course will start the Monday following the completion of your registration. To start on a different date please call 403-410-1400.You will have four months to complete the course.
